Permit data and service limits

The service organizes public permit records for contractor prospecting. Records come from city sources and can be delayed, incomplete, changed, or withdrawn by their publishers. Verify project details with the relevant city before relying on a record. Access limits, territory filters, and export rules are enforced by your plan.

Subscriptions and cancellation

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial and require a payment method. A free trial is limited to one use per account, payment card fingerprint, verified phone, and business identity. Monthly billing begins after the trial ends. Territory then includes a 90-day minimum commitment and is not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a refund of your first paid charge within 30 days of that charge. The guarantee is limited to one refund for a account, payment card fingerprint, verified phone, and business identity. It is not available for the Territory plan or after you waive the guarantee. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, the subscription is canceled, and the account returns to Free. Refund availability and the deadline are shown in Billing.

During your 14-day trial and the first 30 days after your first paid charge, CSV exports and owner names remain locked on plans that include them. You can unlock them immediately by checking “Unlock now and waive my 30-day refund.” Waiving the guarantee is permanent for that account.

Accounts, security, and acceptable use

Keep your login details secure and use the service only for lawful business prospecting. Do not resell, redistribute, scrape, or use permit data to harass, mislead, or unlawfully contact people. We may suspend accounts that abuse access limits or violate these terms.

Email and support

Service emails include an unsubscribe link and the business mailing address. Unsubscribing stops permit alerts; it does not disable required account or billing notices.
